What Showmate does

Most sellers finish a show and then start the real work: matching usernames to items, sorting piles, hunting down who bought what. Showmate removes that second shift. Every sale that comes through gets detected by Showmate to log the sale and print a user and item label, so you can accurately organize items sold or outright pack as you sell and have most of the shipping done by the time you end your stream!

Showmate also provides real-time analytics on the show including item price averages, user-spend averages, top buyers, hot items, revenue/hour, and sale speed pacing, allowing you to make real-time decisions regarding products and pace.

01 — Set up

Easy set-up.

Choose your printer, design the label, select "Start Show" on Showmate, and join your show via the built-in browser. Tracking will start automatically once you're in the show.

02 — The Show

All sales detected instantly.

Every sale, giveaway, buy-it-now purchase, and flash sale is detected in real time and prints a label for the item with the username and assigned user ID. These user IDs will allow you to sort your items as you sell, preferably directly into a user's polymailer or box! Shipping done as you sell.

With real-time, updating show statistics, you can make decisions on which products are selling best, which users are buying most, and how much money you're making per hour. Do I need a special label printer?+

Any thermal label printer that your computer already recognizes will work. Set your roll size in the Labels page — 2 × 1 in is the default — and print a test before the show starts.

How does Showmate see my sales?+

You start tracking when your show goes live and Showmate reads sales as they land — auctions, giveaways, and buy-it-nows all flow into the same manifest. Nothing to enter by hand.

What happens to my show data?+

Every show is kept in Show History with its full manifest and analytics, searchable by buyer, item, or show ID. Export a manifest at any time. Your data is stored locally on your device. It is yours and is never sold.

How long does setup take?+

Install, pick your printer, set the label layout. Most sellers are ready before their next show. The 7-day trial is there so you can run a real show on it first.
